Swamiji once had said “We want that education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, intellect is expanded and by which one can stand on one’s own feet”.
These very words will be the ideal and aspiration of the Aalo, and will serve as a constant guideline to its functioning. In spite of Governmental and non-governmental efforts, students with potential to excel in education, from BPL households, seldom get proper opportunities due to economic constraints. What they required is financial support. And the Aalo will strive towards this end.
Selected Candidates for Scholarship for Session 2016-18
Happy new year, everyone. We are glad to announce that we have selected 19 new students for receiving Aalo scholarship for the academic years 2016 - 2018. The selection procedure was done using a mathematical expression giving equal weight to the score obtained by the candidate during initial screening and the interview score allotted by the panel members.
Details about these students can be found here.
